MAC BENEFIT & CLOTHES HAUL... plus more!

I have been very busy lately and had some personal issues, so haven't had chance to get my blog going or network with you ladies!

I also haven't had much look redesigning my blog...hopefully will get there soon!

I thought i'd show you all my recent buys, and what a haul it is... I've been quite naughty and quite thrifty all in one!


I'll start with thrift section -


Bronzing Brush £1.50 Primark























this is a great brush for the price, I use on pearls and on pressed pearls, it gives a great even coverage, not blotchy at all, the brush isn't harsh to your face, okay...maybe tickles at little..but it does the job for me!

Studded Loafers - £10 Primark

I have wanted a pair for a while, some people make think these aren't ''in'' anymore or are last season...well I follow me...not fashion, I buy what I want to wear. I've tried them on, and they are actually really comfy, and I think for a tenner they are also a bargain! they have a high end looking finish when on, the studs are black which are also perfect which means you don't have to strictly accessorise depending on whether the studs are silver or gold.



Skull Flats -£5 Everything5pound


Same finishing as the studded loafers, they look fab! also very comfy to wear and are available in different colours! another BARGAIN!

Camo Stud Jacket - £5 OnesieLand

Not the worlds best picture, but here we have my camo jacket, which was £5. I did the studding detail myself courtesy of my BFF Nicola over at HARTS + CROSSES which gives the jacket a unique look!


L'OREAL STUDIO matt and messy salt spray - £1.99 Bodycare

I am a fan of bed head, I have my hair wavy and messy ALL the time and until now I hadn't really found a product that allowed a shine free messy look, IT doesn't leave your hair hard, and my hair is easy brush-able after wear. It keeps in my ways and messiness all day and over night. It is AMAZING. I got it at a bargain price also at Bodycare it retails elsewhere for £5+ I really recommend and rave about it, it also smells goooood!!



Okay....so the little more expensive section...ooops


BAD GAL Eyeliner - £14.50 Benefit (The Original one)

I have used this for a number of years, and it's one of my faves. I have over 15 Benefit Products (recently sold a few too) and this and my Highbrow pencil gets daily use! They last all day long with minimal wear, even without primer!! what are your favorite benefit products??

 LIPGLASS MAC - £14.00




Me and the BFF had a little....splurge....haha and we got some MAC Lipglass, we'd wanted some for AGES! and i rather suprised myself actually about the colours I picked, i'm nomally a barbie girl pink lips..(pink poodle, impassioned) or nude...so when I picked shades out of my normal comfort zone. They are so shiny and glossy and so kind to my lips...they look good!

A FASHION DESIGNER IS BORN

Hello Readers!

I am a new blogger, and I hope to increase followers and produce posts that are interesting to people... I know many of you are aspiring fashion designers so this will give you an insight! 

Now many of you may have a preconceived perception about Blackpool, from what you've seen, and how it's been portrayed in the media.. Truth is it has one of the best colleges and some amazing people from the arts and fashion have come from the seaside town... Hayley Tammadon (Delilah in Emmerdale and Dancing on ice) Nikki Sanderson (Corrie and Hollyoaks) Colleen Nolan to name a few..

I have been very excited about this post, and to introduce you to a very talented up and coming British fashion designer and free lance artist.

I introduce.. Jack Maden-Wilkinson.

I first met Jack back in 2000, when we started Baines High School together , in a town near Blackpool. (Where i also schooled with a very close friend of mine Nicola from Harts&Crosses) 

In many peoples eyes, Jack's attention to detail and desire to make an impression on the world was already sparked!

Throughout school jack was very talented and art and textiles, when he reached Blackpool and The Fylde College to study Fashion Design , his talent and passion was noticed, he embarked on the start of what has and will continue to be a bright future in Fashion and Art.

Jack got his qualifications and continues his studies at the University of the Creative Arts (UCA) in Epsom, Surrey.

Jack flourished as he mingled with trainee designers alike, bouncing off those around him he was plummeted into the bigger world of fashion, attending fashion weeks and events,

WARNING - name dropping ahead!

Jacks mid-term internships were at international sportswear company - HEAD, where he designed new cycling wear and boys wear collections, which were to be stocked at TK MAXX, SPORTS DIRECT and TJ HUGHES! 

Then... FIRETRAP but his talents to designing their Spring 2012 range!

The biggest Chapter was upon graduating University, out in the big wide world just went to further heights!!

Jack joined Manchester based company - SRG Design, where he worked with clients such as NEW LOOK, MATALAN and the ARCADIA GROUP.. (Ladies we all know what shops are traded under Arcadia!!)

Later Jack joined Blacks Leisure Group PLC as a Menswear & Product, and also working for MILLETS.

PRESENT DAY - 2013 

Jack is now working for NEXT as Boy's wear Designer, he is working on younger and older boys collections.

From graphics to trousers, shirts and jackets!

At only 24.. I'd say that's a pretty big impact on the world if fashion already!!

Jack is also a talented artist, here a a few pieces from his growing collection...

HAIR** EXTENSIONS ** DAHLIA VERVAIN

as you can see they look completely natural! Not like those girls you see on nights out or in the highstreet with bad extensions in where you can see the clips or joins, and when they have them in pony tails and you can REALLY see their own hair stood to attention at the top of the bobble!
